So you have to set the colomn width and aligment always when you start creating your plans each time again. Try it a few times and you will do it automaticly. Follow these steps to open and edit and you will have no problems :
1. Set the Character set to UNICODE (UTF-8)
2. Change the separator options from comma to semicolon
3. start with moving the cursor to the top of column D. Hold down right mouse button and select column width. Set to about 15-20 cm.
4. Then move the cursor again to the top of this column in cel D. Hold down right mouse button and select format cell. Choose alignment and then check the box wrap text automaticly. If you do not do this, the text in this column will overlap the columns to the right.
